JYM27278 High Sensitivity Bipolar Latching Ultra-Low Power Hall-Effect Switch Sensor IC
JYM27278 is a high sensitivity bipolar latching ultra-low power Hall-effect switch sensor IC developed by GS-Micro Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. using 0.18μm BCDMOS process. It features magnetic sensitivity BOP=20Gs, BRP=-20Gs, ultra-low power consumption, wide operating voltage, high stability and strong anti-interference capability. Designed specifically for low-power applications such as consumer electronics and industrial control, it is an ideal alternative to traditional Hall-effect devices.

Application Guide
Push-Pull Output: Connect VCC to 1.65V~5.5V power supply, GND to ground, OUT directly to MCU I/O pin. Place a 0.1μF decoupling capacitor between VCC and GND.
Open-Drain Output: Connect a 1~10kΩ pull-up resistor from OUT to power supply. Other connections are the same as push-pull mode, compatible with MCUs of different logic levels.
Ensure magnetic field is aligned with the chip sensing area during installation for stable triggering. Proper ESD protection is required during soldering.
