Hi7000D is a multi-functional average current LED constant current driver with simple peripheral circuit, which is suitable for non isolated high-power constant current LED driver in wide voltage range.
The PWM port of Hi7000D chip supports ultra-small duty cycle PWM dimming and can respond to the minimum pulse width of 60ns. The chip Hi7000D adopts our patented algorithm to provide customers with the best solution and maximize the advantages of lamps to achieve the high brightness dimming effect of landscape stage lamp. It is 65536 (256 * 256) high brightness dimming. When the PWM port is high level, the chip works normally. For low level, the chip output is turned off.
The chip Hi7000D adopts the average current control algorithm patented by our company, the output current constant current accuracy is less than ± 3%, and the output current is less affected by the input and output voltage and system inductance; the integrated loop compensation in the chip makes the peripheral circuit simple, and the system is more stable and reliable. The chip realizes the function of analog dimming through the LD port. When LD is connected with 0.2-1.2v analog dimming signal input, the system is in analog dimming mode.
When LD analog dimming mode, the port voltage is lower than 0.2V, and the output is closed. It can also use the analog dimming characteristics of LD and PWM dimming to realize soft start function. When LD and PWM pins are suspended, it is recommended to use them together with VDD pins.
